1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a **7-Day Money-Back Guarantee** on all digital product purchases. If a product you purchase is:

• Materially different from the description or preview provided by the creator.
• Defective, corrupted, or missing core files.
• Unable to open or execute as described after attempting basic troubleshooting.

In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Because digital products are immediately accessible and downloadable upon purchase, we cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:

• You changed your mind or no longer want the product.
• The product was purchased by mistake, but the files have already been downloaded.
• You do not possess the required third-party software or skills to use the files (e.g. not having a Power BI Desktop license for a `.pbix` report), provided this requirement was listed on the listing page.

3. Creator Subscription Club Cancellations

If you subscribe to a creator's SaaS Subscription Club ($19/mo all-access membership):

• You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Billing Dashboard or by contacting support.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the creator's assets until the end of your current active billing cycle.
• No further recurring payments will be charged to your account.
• Refunds for partial months or past billing cycles are not provided unless the service was completely unavailable due to technical faults.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to our support team at **support@vecturavault.dev** or submit a ticket via our Support Center.

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your registered email address.
• The transaction order reference ID (e.g. `order_...` or purchase ID).
• A brief explanation of the issue with the files.

Our compliance team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
